February Construction Update: The Island at West Bay Club Continues Its Rise Along the Gulf

Vertical construction is gaining exciting momentum at The Island at West Bay Club, and each new milestone brings us closer to delivering one of Southwest Florida’s most exceptional luxury waterfront residences.

Looking out across the West Bay horizon, it’s impossible to miss our tower crane as it continues its upward climb. We’re currently pouring the 7th floor, staying right on schedule for a summer topping out, and recently reached a major construction milestone with the introduction of mechanical trades into the building. In addition, our storm drainage system is now 80% complete, keeping infrastructure progress strong alongside vertical growth.
