Marking an exciting start to the new year, vertical construction continues its momentum as The Island at West Bay Club reaches its 5th level. With a new floor advancing every 12 days, the vision for this exceptional coastal offering is becoming increasingly real.

On Level Five, shear walls and columns are actively being formed following the completion of concrete pours on Levels 1 through 4. All major subgrade work is now finished, and activity is surging at the lobby level as masonry, electrical, plumbing, and critical building systems come together. Rising in tandem with vertical construction is the core elevator shaft while 100 skilled workers are on site every day to bring the building to life at an exciting pace.
